Topics covered include scheduling techniques, specifying the schedule, developing and integrating the schedule, and relating schedule and cost. This course provides a basic foundation for project planning and scheduling. It is divided into four sections and a quiz follows each section. You must complete the quiz before moving on to the next section. "At the conclusion of this course the participant will be able to:
